The Four Seasons Resort Nevis in the West Indies won the gold. Nevis, a sister island to St. Kitts in the Leeward Islands, provides tranquility at their award-winning spa. The 196-room resort ranked the highest with Conde Nast Traveler readers in categories ranging from setting, cuisine, staff service, and programs and facilities.
